eBay removed MY item so NO COMMENT only the eBay Live Help log

I have just recieved a message from eBay that you have removed an item of mine. my question is not about this item but a recent multiple fraud.

yes but my problem is that you protect fraudulent sellers but remove listings that tries to correct these fraudulent listings and is for a kind of charity thing

there is this seller now named 'just_look_at_me' and he/she was 'stuff4u2by4u' a few weeks ago. this seller ripped a lot of people including me and another one I know about

I understand how frustrating this may have been. Just to verify, have you tried to report that member thru "report member"link?

item number: 320669647120 - this one is my item as you can see. it was a complete fraud as it turned out and this seller did more than 4-5 of these ripping of other people's good money. I tried to contact eBay about this but I didn't get ANY responses and I simply couldn't report this fraudulent member who also frequently changed eBay user names

yes, I tried everything and you can help me what else can I do as I am after 45 of the payment so I am not OK for PayPal refund request and neither for eBay's protection. if I can somehow report this member I would surely do it. that's why I made that item you just removed from eBay.

yes it is. but it was really just a shout out. the one I'm more concerned about is reporting a multi-fraudulent seller.

the one I mentioned above regularly changing its eBay name and never giving feedback.

Oh, I see. Just to further explain our guideline, in terms of personal comments, we want our members to feel safe to visit and trade without the fear of another member posting negative comments in listings. We have the Feedback forum for legitimate issues.

I totally understand how you feel towards that member you want to report and I really appreciate your effort in contacting us prior to this session and let us know that you're having difficulty with that member.

so what should I do now? what if he's ripping off more people in the future. eBay doesn't even do anything to that? you removed my listing because your policy but didn't remove the REAL fraud which ripped off more people than we can imagine?!

I'd like to let you know that we treat every report seriously. We may not able to respond in a timely manner since we're currently experiencing high email volumes.

yes you are experiencing high email volumes but you still removed MY listing which was completely harmless and DID NOT remove his/her items which ripped off a lot of people including me.

Ivstan, as for the removal of your listing, we have to take action on it if the listing was deemed to be non-compliance with one fo our guideline. Oauction-style listings are for sellers to sell and buyers to buy, not to promote an opinion, political stance or any other types of information outside of selling your item.

OK. I take this as a YES to fraudulent listings. I'm an honest man and really don't understand this point of keeping frauds on eBay and removing other totally harmless items immediately...

As for the steps, from the eBay homepage, click the "Customer Support" link on the top, right hand side. You'll be asked to sign in.

Moving forward, on the right hand side of the page, click the "Contact us" button.

You should be directed to the page where you will see two options which are "Select your topic" and "Get quick help".

Under "Select your topic", kindly hover your mouse over "Account" tab and select "Report a member". 
On the next page, you will see the "Email us" link at the right hand side of the page. Click the "Email us" link and a pop-up box will appear and will allow you to write your concern.
